It begins!

Well the first of this winter trip's pictures are up... now to figure out how to email everyone automatically when they're posted. And how to insert them into the journal... for now you'll just have to see them here.

So far I've been overseas 4 days. My flight from Vancouver was 12 hours to Seoul, then another 6 from there to Bangkok, conveniently landing me late at 11:30pm with not enough time to catch the train, which closes at midnight, into the city. A nice bonus after surviving to what was actually 8:30am the following morning Vancouver time. I stayed in Bangkok just 2 nights, long enough to run around a bit seeing the Royal Palace and what not, then taking the bus 5 hours north-east to Nang Rong where I'm now staying for another 2.
